Bauer Park Apartments is located off Norbeck Road and Bauer Drive. Bauer Park is a complex of three-story buildings with elevators, across the street from Rock Creek Village Shopping Center and a County Community Center. Bauer Park has efficiency and one-bedroom apartments.
This project included all HVAC services including installation of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and air handling units, meticulous management of ductwork, and thorough testing of HVAC systems, all done with strict adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
